COVID-19 HEALTH SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND OPTIONS

The Speech Trek Program and the Branch Board are committed to providing a healthy and safe opportunity for all contestants, volunteers, and the audience to enjoy the contest. To this end, we are presenting a “hybrid” event with three options for you. 

OPTION #1 ATTEND THE IN-PERSON, INDOOR EVENT, INCLUDING THE RECEPTION AFTERWARD

Everyone, regardless of age or number of attendees, must meet three COVID Safety Requirements:

• Show proof of full COVID vaccination (with final dose at least 14 days before the event) OR a negative test result (taken within 72 hours of the event). This proof can be a physical vaccination card or printed test result, a photo on your phone of your vaccination card or test result, or a digital vaccination record.

• Show photo ID matching the name on your vaccine record or negative test result.

• Masks must be worn at all times in shared indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status, except when speakers are alone on stage or when eating or drinking.

Plan to arrive 20 minutes early for parking and showing the above documents for admission into the Presentation Hall.
