2021 Holiday Luncheon

Members and guests, join us for a holiday luncheon including a performance by the Sun City Roseville Choir and presentation by Lisa Heinrich, Director of Development & Communications for the Placer Food Bank.

More about our speaker...

Lisa Heinrich brings over two decades of experience leading business and fund development, PR and marketing initiatives. Her work in the nonprofit industry includes the American Cancer Society, World Forestry Center/Smithsonian 

Institution Traveling Exhibition Services, LifeSharing Organ Procurement Organization in conjunction with the Personal Communications Industry Association and Wireless Partnership for Organ Donation. 

Prior to joining Placer Food Bank in 2019, where she oversees fund development and marketing communications strategy, Lisa owned her consultancy, Big Brand Theory, for 15 years. She worked with a variety of industries ranging from technology technology start-ups and global brands that included Abbott Laboratories, Amazon, and Microsoft. She also brings a decade of experience leading organizational development, internal culture-building, and corporate communication strategies. 

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communication and business marketing from Arizona State University. She also studied international relations at the University of London and performance studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London, England. Lisa and her family reside in Roseville, California.

Meal selections...

• Peppered Roast Beef Sandwich with creamy horseradish spread, romaine lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese served on a sweet onion roll with potato salad.
• Chicken Apple Salad consisting of romaine lettuce, sun dried cranberries, candied walnuts and blue cheese crumbles tossed with a honey mustard dressing and topped with a warm chicken breast with rolls and butter.
• Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap including honey mustard chicken with bacon bits, diced tomato and romaine lettuce wrapped in a tortilla and served with potato salad.

Lunch also includes water, iced tea and/or coffee and cookies and brownies for dessert.
