
AAUW Membership Opportunities
Membership in AAUW provides many opportunities to:
- Support programs that improve education and equity for women and girls
- Develop leadership skills
- Participate in community advocacy for AAUW principles
- Network with women of diverse perspectives and professions
- Enjoy the camaraderie of educated women
A one-year membership includes membership in AAUW, the Roseville-South Placer Branch, and California AAUW.
The membership also includes subscriptions to the AAUW national and state newsletters, the branch newsletter, Branch Lines, (either by snail mail or e-mail) and the annual Member Handbook. Branch members are entitled to vote, hold office and to participate in all AAUW activities. Get acquainted meetings are scheduled for new members during the year.
How to Join the Roseville-South Placer Branch
If you hold an associate's or equivalent, bachelor's, or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university, you can join AAUW as an individual (member-at-large) or as a member of one of AAUW's 1,000 branches. Branch members also belong to the national organization.
Those enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program can become student affiliates.
Payment is due on or before June 30th for membership renewals. Make your check out to AAUW.
Member dues are $89 per year, as follows:
$49 for AAUW
$16 for California AAUW
$24 for AAUW Roseville/South Placer
